Heather Fass, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia and Colorado. She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages who seek support in managing their struggles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and relational issues. Her general approach to counseling is strength-based and systemic, which acknowledges the importance of family, close relationships, environment and culture. She works therapeutically with clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused interventions while also utilizing supportive training and certification in areas of conflict resolution, animal assisted therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
